Kansas DOTYour health care teams at Post Rock Family Medicine and Doctors Without Delay are ready to help you complete your DOT physical. DOT physicals can be scheduled in either our Plainville or Stockton PRFM clinics Monday through Friday. Additionally, providers staffing DWD Monday through Friday can provide DOT exams on a walk-in basis during regular hours (8 am to 6 pm).

On Saturdays, the DWD provider may be able to perform the DOT exam, but due to new licensing requirements, not all providers staffing the clinic on the weekend will initially be certified. We encourage you to call ahead (785.688.DOCS) to ensure availability of a DOT provider.

You will need to bring your driver’s license, current prescription medication list, health history, glasses or contacts (if used) and form of payment to your DOT physical appointment.

DOT drivers can be certified for up to 24 months. The provider completing your exam may issue a certificate for less than 24 months when it is deemed necessary to monitor a condition, such as high blood pressure. If you have chronic health conditions, it is best to complete your DOT exam with your primary care provider.
