On Friday, September 7, the staff of Post Rock Family Medicine met up at the Rooks County Health Department in Stockton for an all staff retreat.

With a focus on teambuilding, the Post Rock staff developed a new tagline for the clinics: Post Rock Family Medicine, For a Lifetime of Health.  The staff spent the day engaged in activities and challenges and came together at the end to create the new tagline.

‘For a Lifetime of Health’ is intended to bring together Post Rock’s mission of not only helping people feel better when sick, but also to promote health for people of all ages in Rooks County.  Every single member of the staff agreed after much discussion that this was the best summary of what we want to provide our patients.

New mother, and Post Rock provider for the last year Beth Loney said after the retreat “It’s wonderful how much our staff is invested in our community.  I continue to be impressed by how much our staff look at their work not as a job, so much as an opportunity to help their family of neighbors.”

Angie Jones, a front desk staff of 9 years added “I had so much fun at the retreat!  It was great to get to know my co-workers better and to see how much we all care for our patients.”

The staff of Post Rock hope to continue growing as a team and find opportunities to better serve their patients.
